    On here we have a selection of our most popular products and some special offers. In store we have many more products to browse and to choose from.
  • I have changed my mind – Can I cancel my order?
    Where you decide to cancel an order after we have dispatched the Products, you will be under a duty to return them to us, at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Products in transit. All such Products should be returned within 30 days after the Products have been delivered to you. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the Products to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging, by one of the means set out in our Returns Procedure. After you cancel your order and return the products, any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card/PayPal will be refunded in full. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase except PayPal returns in store. Refunds for products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the order. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible after receiving the products back (10 working days).
  • I have changed my mind - Can I return my order?
    Return of unwanted items is at our discretion and we'll only consider returns on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging. Unless the products are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition.   • How do I return an item?
    We hope you’re pleased with your purchase from us, but if you do need to return anything, you’ve got 30 days to do so. How To Return An Item In-Store: You are now able to return products purchased via our website to our store. Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect please return them without removing the cellophane wrapper. You will need to provide proof of purchase (E-receipt) and return to us within 30 days of the original purchase. A return can only be processed using the original payment method. Please note we cannot offer a refund or a return on an item unless you retain the item and its original packaging. Via Post: If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days. We will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect please return them without removing the cellophane wrapper. Please use the free returns label to return products. If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. We are unable to refund postage or gift wrap charges if your product is unwanted or you have changed your mind. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 working days.
  • I am missing an item from my order
